Change your program option

Please use the form below if you are eligible for automatic enrollment or are already enrolled in the program and want to change your option. If you are enrolling for the first time, please use the Request enrollment form instead and choose your program option from the drop-down menu.

Ludlow Power Choice is not yet accepting option change requests. A change form will be available after June 18, 2025. Requests will take effect no sooner than your August 2025 meter read date, when the program launches.

If you are attempting to enroll in the Ludlow Basic option, you may not need to submit an option change request. Most Ludlow electricity customers will be eligible for automatic enrollment in the Ludlow Basic option in Ludlow Power Choice. If your account is eligible for automatic enrollment, you will receive a notice from the Town in June 2025, and no action will be required. Your account will be automatically enrolled in Ludlow Power Choice with your August 2025 meter read.

The automatic enrollment notification will bear the Ludlow Town Seal. If you receive something in the mail about your electricity supply price, but it does not bear the Ludlow Town Seal, it is not from the Town or this program.
