Public comments accepted

Montague Power Choice must receive regulatory approval from the state before the program can launch. To ensure transparency in the program development process, the draft documents for Montague Power Choice can be downloaded below and will be available for public review and comment from August 17 until September 16, 2026.

In addition, a hard copy of the draft documents is available for review at Town Hall at One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA.

Montague residents and business owners are encouraged to review the documents and submit written comments:

Comments sent by mail must be received (not postmarked) by the end of the comment period in order to be addressed.
