Change your program option

Option changes under current Nantucket PowerChoice prices are no longer available. Program prices are changing, and the new prices will be announced in early October. You will be able to submit a request to change your program option under the new prices at that time. 

If you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to:

  • Opt up to PowerChoice Green
  • Change back to PowerChoice (this is the default program option)

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.
If the account is under the name of the business, please use the First Name and Last Name fields to enter the business name as it appears on your bill.

Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters. Medium and large commercial or industrial customers interested in enrolling should contact customer support to verify account eligibility.
