Randolph Community Electricity must receive regulatory approval from the state before the program can launch. To ensure transparency in the program development process, the draft documents for Randolph Community Electricity can be downloaded below and will be available for public review and comment from January 14 until February 13.

An overview of Randolph’s draft Aggregation Plan will be presented on January 14, 2026 at 6 PM via Zoom. The presentation will be simultaneously translated into Haitian Creole and Vietnamese.
