Change your plan

IMPORTANT: As of September 1, enrolling and changing from one plan to another are temporarily not possible. Westborough Power Choice is preparing to change to a new electricity supplier in November. As a result, Westborough’s current electricity supplier, Dynegy, is no longer accepting customer requests.

All enrollment and change requests received after September 1 will be placed on a waiting list and implemented with Westborough’s new electricity supplier and under new program pricing. New pricing will be announced by the Town of Westborough this fall. 

If you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to:

  • Opt up to the 100% Green plan – 12.585 ¢/kWh
  • Opt down to the Budget plan – 9.709 ¢/kWh
  • Change back to the Standard plan (this is the default program offering) – 10.425 ¢/kWh

Or you may call customer support at 1-844-483-5004 to change your program option.

It may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.
If the account is under the name of the business, please use the First Name and Last Name fields to enter the business name as it appears on your bill.

Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.

Your name key can be found on the second page of your Eversource bill, directly beneath your account number. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.

Medium and large commercial or industrial customers interested in enrolling should contact customer support to verify account eligibility.
