Change your program option: Opt up or opt down

If you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to:

  • Opt up to Acton Power Choice GREEN – 20.750 ¢/kWh
  • Opt down to Acton Power Choice Basic – 17.766 ¢/kWh
  • Change back to Acton Power Choice Standard – 19.286 ¢/kWh

You may also change your program option by contacting customer support with Acton’s program consultants.

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.

Your name key can be found on the second page of your Eversource bill, directly beneath your account number. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.
