Change your option
|IMPORTANT: Enrolling and changing from one option to another are temporarily not possible. Walpole Power Choice is preparing to change to a new electricity supplier in December. As a result, Walpole’s current electricity supplier, Dynegy, is no longer accepting customer requests.
All enrollment and change requests will be placed on a waiting list and implemented with Walpole’s new electricity supplier and under the new program pricing that will begin in December. The new pricing will be announced by the Town of Walpole this fall.
If you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below change from one program option to another. Program options include:
- Power Choice Standard (this is the default program offering) – New pricing TBD and will take effect in December.
- Power Choice Green – New pricing TBD and will take effect in December.
Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.
Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.
If the account is under the name of the business, please use the First Name and Last Name fields to enter the business name as it appears on your bill.
