Lincoln Green Energy Choice will be integrated into your existing Eversource electric bill:
- Your Supply charge will be impacted by Lincoln Green Energy Choice. Supply is the part of the bill where you pay for the electricity you use. Eversource makes no profit from the Supply part of your bill.
- Your Delivery charge will not be impacted by Lincoln Green Energy Choice. Delivery is the part of the bill where you pay Eversource to deliver your electricity and maintain the poles and wires. Eversource makes their profit from the Delivery part of your bill.
You will not see any additional charges on your Eversource electric bill or receive any additional electric bills because of participating in Lincoln Green Energy Choice.
Where to look on your bill:
On the first page of your bill, Lincoln’s electricity supplier, First Point Power, will appear as your electricity supplier in two places:
- Beneath your total Supply charge
- Beneath the text “Your electric supplier is”
Look for First Point Power – Lincoln Green Energy Choice.
On the second page of your bill, Eversource will use a Lincoln Green Energy Choice price to calculate the Supply charge that appears on the first page. Look to the right of the words “Generation Service Charge” to find that calculation.
