National Grid’s most recent 12-month average prices: While the program offers a long-term fixed price, National Grid’s Basic Service prices change every 6 months or less. As a result, comparing the program price with the most recent 12-month average of National Grid’s prices can provide a more accurate comparison than comparing with only National Grid’s current price.
