Approved aggregation plan

To implement the Acton Power Choice program, the Town had to develop an aggregation plan and submit that plan to a state regulatory approval process. The plan was approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities on 5/22/17. Download the plan. (PDF)

Electricity supply contract

Below is the most current electricity supply contract for the Acton Power Choice program:

December 2023 – December 2026 – First Point Power (PDF)
