Enrollment Form

Please complete the form below to submit your enrollment request online. Enrollment requests are typically processed within two billing cycles.

Please include the information requested as it appears on your electric utility bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

Important note: This form may be used only by residential and small commercial customers that have not previously opted-out of the program. All other customers should contact customer support for information about how to join the program.

New electricity customers in Natick will be automatically enrolled in the Natick Electricity Aggregation program. This automatic enrollment model is state law.

You will receive a letter in the mail from the Town shortly after you open your electricity account notifying you of automatic enrollment. The letter will include the Town seal, the Natick Electricity Aggregation Program name, and the Town Administrator’s name at the bottom.

Participation in the Natick Electricity Aggregation Program is not required. You are free to opt out of the program before being enrolled and to opt out any time after enrollment with no fee or penalty.

Please note: If you have asked Eversource to place a block on your account to prevent enrollment with electricity suppliers, the block will prevent enrollment in the Natick Electricity Aggregation Program. To participate in the Natick Electricity Aggregation Program, you must first ask Eversource to remove the block. Once the block has been removed, you may then request enrollment in the Natick Electricity Aggregation Program.

Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.

Your name key can be found on the second page of your Eversource bill, directly beneath your account number. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.

Medium and large commercial or industrial customers interested in enrolling should contact customer support to verify account eligibility.
