Opt Out

You may choose not to participate in the program. This is called opting out. There is no penalty for opting out, and you may opt out at any time. If you choose to opt out, you will be switched back to Eversource’s Basic Service for your electricity supply.

If you opt out and then wish to opt back into the program, you may do so, but you may receive a market price for the duration of the current electricity supply contract. You’ll just want to ask at the time you re-enroll.

You may opt out of the program by completing the form below or by contacting customer support with Lexington’s program consultants.

Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
