Your options

Lincoln Green Energy Choice includes three options. Lincoln his committed to purchasing additional renewable energy for all three options from New England-based projects, which means participating in the program supports local renewable energy. To ensure the renewable energy is as clean as possible, Lincoln purchases no renewable energy from biomass sources.

  • Lincoln Standard Green (default) – An additional 32% of your electricity comes from clean, renewable sources in the New England region.
  • Lincoln 100% Green (available by request) – All of your electricity comes from clean, renewable sources in the New England region.
  • Lincoln Basic (available by request) – An additional 2% of your electricity comes from clean, renewable sources in the New England region.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that all electricity supply products include a minimum of 59.2% from renewable or clean energy resources in 2023. All Lincoln Green Energy Choice options exceed that requirement.

Electricity supplier: The current electricity supplier for Lincoln Green Energy Choice is First Point Power. See how the program appears on an Eversource bill.

* Lincoln Green Energy Choice prices include a $0.001/kWh administration fee. Program prices could increase as a result of a change in law that results in a direct, material increase in costs during the term of the electricity supply agreement. Program prices apply only to the electricity supply portion of your utility electricity bill. Delivery charges on your electricity bill are not affected by your participation in Lincoln Green Energy Choice.
