Change your option

Swampscott Community Power will change to a new electricity supply contract in November 2024. As a result, option changes are temporarily unavailable. Please check back in October to see new prices and to submit a request to change your option. 

If you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to:

  • Opt up to New England Green
  • Change back to Standard Green (this is the default program offering)
  • Opt down to Basic

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
