Change your option

You may use the form below to:

  • Opt up to 100% Green – 15.638 ¢/kWh
  • Change back to the Standard Offering (this is the default program offering) – 12.999 ¢/kWh
  • Opt down to Basic – 12.723 ¢/kWh

Or you may contact customer support at 1-844-278-9864 and change your program option by phone. You will need to provide your Eversource electricity account information when you call.

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.
If the account is under the name of the business, please use the First Name and Last Name fields to enter the business name as it appears on your bill.

Enter numbers with no spaces, dashes, or other characters
If you are a National Grid customer your electricity account number number has 10 digits.
If you are an Eversource customer your electricity account number number has 11 digits.
Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.
Your name key can be found on the second page of your Eversource bill, directly beneath your account number. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.
