Approved Aggregation Plan
To implement the Green Worcester ElectriCITY Municipal Aggregation Program, the City had to develop an Aggregation Plan and submit that plan to a state regulatory approval process. The plan was approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) on 9/30/19. Download the plan. (PDF)

Electricity supply contract
Below is the most current electricity supply contract for the Green Worcester ElectriCITY Municipal Aggregation Program. Program prices include an adder of $0.001/kWh to support City energy staff and initiatives. This amount is added to the price that is listed in the contract.
