Change your option

Please use the form below if you are eligible for automatic enrollment or are already enrolled in the program and want to change your option. If you are enrolling for the first time, please use the Request Enrollment form instead and choose your program option from the drop-down menu. If you will be automatically enrolled and wish to remain with the Worcester Standard Green option, no action is required.

If you will be automatically enrolled or you are currently enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to change to Worcester 100% Green, Worcester Basic Green, or Worcester Standard Green.

Please include the information requested as it appears on your National Grid electric bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

You may also change your program option by contacting Worcester’s program consultants at 833-926-1207. Be sure to have a National Grid electric bill with you when you call, as you will need information from your bill to make your request.

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters.
