To request enrollment, please complete the following form using the information on your National Grid electric bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address as they appear on your bill when completing the form.
You may also request enrollment by contacting Worcester’s program consultants at 833-926-1207. Be sure to have a National Grid electric bill with you when you call, as you will need information from your bill to make your request.
Please note that enrollment requests must be accepted by the utility before they are active. Also, it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.
