The Green Worcester ElectriCITY program is undergoing a transition to new prices. Your request for enrollment will be implemented no sooner than your December meter read, when the new prices take effect.

Important note: This form may be used only by residential and commercial customers. Industrial customers should contact customer support for information about participating in the program.

Please include the information requested as it appears on your National Grid electric bill. Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.

Please note that enrollment requests must be accepted by the utility before they are active. Also, it may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.
